     My name is Thaddeus Rhea and I am excited to get the opportunity to coach this wonderful group of girls this season.  I think that it will be a great season.  I am looking forward to working with the girls and helping them become better softball players and better people.  I am open to questions about your child and what they can do to get better.  I am going to do the very best that I can to provide the coaching necessary to help your ballplayer get better and have fun.  I will do my best to get every girl all of the playing time that they deserve and then some.  We are very lucky to have two great Fathers, and good softball minds, that have also volunteered their time, effort, and expertise to the Team.  Coach Gary Kusak and Coach Jeff Siegel.  We owe them a thank you.
